4. Delivery Policy

  • We provide local and nationwide flower delivery within the UK. Delivery fees vary based on location and delivery type.
  • Standard delivery times are between 9 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Saturday.
  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before the cut-off time, subject to availability.
  • We cannot guarantee exact delivery times but will do our best to accommodate requests.
  • If no one is available to receive the flowers, they may be left with a neighbor, receptionist, or safe location at the recipient’s address. If delivery is unsuccessful, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders may be canceled for a full refund if requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery.
  • Cancellations after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds are only available for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for more details.
