Refund & Returns Policy

At LikeTopic Florist, we take pride in providing high-quality flowers and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a fair and transparent Refund & Returns Policy to ensure your satisfaction.


1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

We accept refunds and returns under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products – If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or in poor condition, you may request a refund or replacement.
Incorrect Order – If you receive the wrong flowers or an incorrect arrangement, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Late Delivery (Non-Custom Orders) – If your flowers arrive significantly late due to an error on our part, we may offer a partial or full refund.
Quality Concerns – If your flowers do not meet our quality standards, you may be eligible for a refund or store credit.

💡 Note: Flowers are perishable, and slight variations may occur due to seasonal availability. Refunds and returns do not apply to minor color differences or natural variations in flower arrangements.


2. Non-Refundable Items

🚫 Custom Orders – Personalized floral designs and special requests are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
🚫 Change of Mind – We do not accept returns or refunds if you simply change your mind after placing the order.
🚫 Delivery Issues Due to Incorrect Address – If the delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, no refund will be issued.


3. How to Request a Refund or Return

If you are not satisfied with your order, please follow these steps:

1️⃣ Contact Us within 24 hours of receiving your flowers at contact@liketopic.xyz or call 077 3489 9810.
2️⃣ Provide Proof – Send us clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product for verification.
3️⃣ Choose a Resolution – We offer refunds, replacements, or store credit based on the situation.

✔ If approved, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days back to the original payment method.
✔ If a replacement is approved, we will arrange a new delivery at no extra cost.


4. Cancellations & Modifications

✅ Orders can be canceled or modified up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
❌ Orders cannot be canceled or modified after they have been prepared for delivery.
