At LikeTopic Florist, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality flowers, fair pricing, and a seamless shopping experience. This Sales Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding pricing, promotions, payments, and order fulfillment.

1. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on LikeTopic Florist are in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • We strive to keep our pricing accurate and up to date. However, in case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust an order after notifying the customer.
  • We accept the following payment methods:
    ✔ Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
    ✔ PayPal
    ✔ Bank Transfer
    ✔ Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)
  • Payments must be made in full before order processing and delivery.

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders placed before our daily cut-off time are processed the same day for same-day delivery (if available in your area).
  • Orders received after the cut-off time will be delivered on the next available delivery date.
  • If a specific flower or arrangement is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute with a similar flower of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery.
  • Orders cannot be modified after they have been prepared for delivery.

3. Discounts & Promotions

  • Discounts, promo codes, and special offers apply only to eligible items as specified in the promotion.
  • Only one promo code can be used per transaction unless otherwise stated.
  • Promotional offers are valid for a limited time and may be subject to change without prior notice.
  • Discounted items and promotional purchases may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the refund policy.

4. Bulk & Corporate Orders

  • We offer special pricing for bulk and corporate flower orders. Please contact us in advance for customized floral arrangements, event decorations, or large-quantity purchases.
  • A 50% deposit may be required for bulk orders, with full payment due before delivery.

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • We provide local and nationwide flower delivery within the UK. Delivery fees vary based on location and selected delivery speed.
  • Standard delivery operates between 9 AM – 7 PM. Specific time requests will be accommodated where possible but are not guaranteed.
  • In case of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen delivery disruptions, we will notify customers of any delays.

6. Cancellation Policy

✅ Orders can be canceled for a full refund if requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
❌ Cancellations are not accepted after the flowers have been prepared or dispatched.
