- We provide local and nationwide delivery within the UK.
- Some remote locations may have limited delivery options or require additional delivery time.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Delivery Options & Timelines
We offer the following shipping options:
🚚 Same-Day Delivery
✔ Available for orders placed before the daily cut-off time (usually 2 PM).
✔ Subject to florist availability and delivery location.
🚚 Next-Day & Standard Delivery
✔ Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered on the next available delivery date.
✔ Delivery typically occurs within 1-3 business days, depending on location.
🚚 Scheduled Delivery
✔ Customers can pre-schedule deliveries for birthdays, anniversaries, or special occasions.
✔ We will do our best to deliver at the requested time, but exact timing is not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Fees
- Delivery charges vary based on location, delivery speed, and order size.
- The exact delivery fee will be calculated at checkout before payment.
- Free delivery may be available on select products or during promotional periods.
4. Delivery Process & Requirements
- Flowers will be delivered to the recipient’s address as provided by the customer.
- If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may:
✅ Leave the flowers with a neighbor, receptionist, or concierge (if applicable).
✅ Leave the flowers in a safe location and notify the recipient.
✅ Attempt re-delivery (additional charges may apply). - Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer may result in delayed or failed delivery, and we are not responsible for such issues.
5. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure
- While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, traffic, holidays, or supply chain issues may cause delays.
- If there is a delay, we will notify the customer as soon as possible.
- In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, emergencies), deliveries may be rescheduled or canceled, with a refund or store credit provided where applicable.
